Oopbuy Spreadsheet

Last updated . Agent statuses checked between 31 August and 1 October 2026.

Quick answer: an Oopbuy spreadsheet is a list of Taobao, Weidian and 1688 product links that open directly in Oopbuy, the shopping agent that buys, photographs and ships the items for you. Oopbuy charges a 0% purchasing fee on the major platforms; you pay the item, Chinese domestic shipping, international shipping and a declaration fee of about ¥8 per parcel. Check the agent status table before ordering: CNFans and ACBuy shut down in August 2026.

What an Oopbuy spreadsheet is, and why the raw Google Sheets break

Spreadsheets started as shared Google Sheets on Reddit and Discord. Someone finds a good seller on Taobao or Weidian, pastes the link into a row, adds a photo and a price, and the sheet grows by category: shoes, jackets, bags, accessories. An Oopbuy spreadsheet is the same idea with every link rewritten in Oopbuy's format, so a tap opens the product inside your Oopbuy account instead of on a Chinese-language marketplace. A typical Oopbuy product link looks like oopbuy.com/product/weidian/7303204804: the agent's domain, the source platform, then the platform's own item number.

That last detail matters. The item number belongs to Taobao, Weidian or 1688, not to the agent. The same find therefore shows up in a Kakobuy spreadsheet, a CNFans spreadsheet and an Oopbuy spreadsheet with three different wrappers around one listing. When an agent disappears, the listing usually survives; only the wrapper dies.

Raw sheets have three recurring problems. They are copied and re-copied, so five versions of "the" Oopbuy spreadsheet circulate at once with different contents. Links go stale as sellers delist or re-upload items, and nobody removes the dead rows. And a sheet with thousands of rows is hard to browse on a phone, which is where most people open these links. This site splits finds by agent and category, shows them as photos first, and records when each agent's status was last checked.

Use an Oopbuy spreadsheet as a shortlist of sellers other buyers have already found, then judge each item on its own QC photos.

How to order from an Oopbuy spreadsheet link

The flow is the same whichever find you start from. Each step happens inside your Oopbuy account.

  1. Open the find. The link takes you to the product inside Oopbuy, with the seller's photos, price in your currency and the options the seller offers.
  2. Pick size and colour, then pay for the item. You pay the item price plus the seller's domestic shipping to Oopbuy's warehouse in China. Add a note if the seller needs one, for example a size question.
  3. Wait for warehouse arrival. Items usually reach the warehouse a few days after the seller ships. You get a notification in your account when they are stored.
  4. Check the QC photos. Oopbuy photographs each item on arrival. Extra photos cost ¥1 each. If something is wrong, apply for a return or exchange within 5 days of storage.
  5. Collect more items if you want. Storage is free for 90 days, so you can wait for several orders and ship them together.
  6. Submit a parcel and pick a shipping line. You pay international shipping plus a customs declaration fee of about ¥8, then track the parcel to your door.

If you have never used an agent, the full walkthrough on how to order from Oopbuy covers account setup and payment. The part people skip is step 4: the QC photos are the only time you see your actual item before it leaves China.

Most problems are fixable at step 4 and almost none are fixable after step 6, so take the QC review seriously.

What an Oopbuy order costs: the 0% fee explained

Oopbuy's published service and fees document lists a 0% purchasing fee for orders from Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and JD. That is the headline, and it is accurate, but it is one line of the bill. The agent earns on other parts of the order, and one independent review found Oopbuy's exchange-rate margin to be the widest of the three largest agents. Compare the total at checkout, not the fee line.

Shipping is usually the largest cost after the items themselves. Use the Oopbuy shipping calculator before you buy heavy items like boots or jackets, and look at the Oopbuy coupon page for shipping coupons, which are the discounts that tend to matter most.

The 0% fee is real; the savings depend on the shipping line and the exchange rate you accept.

Agent status: which spreadsheets still work

August 2026 was a bad month for shopping agents. CNFans and ACBuy both shut down, and their owners confirmed it. Warehouse-raid reports about Mulebuy spread on TikTok and Trustpilot, but nobody has independently confirmed them. Kakobuy went offline briefly in mid-August and came back. If your spreadsheet was built for a dead agent, its links fail even though the items are still for sale.

Moving a find is simpler than it looks. Take the Taobao, Weidian or 1688 item number from the dead link and open it through a working agent; the link converter does this in one paste. The full agent spreadsheet index lists every agent we track, including smaller ones such as Usfans, Hipobuy and Mycnbox.

Before you put money into any agent's warehouse, check its status date here or on its own page; a working website is not proof the warehouse is running.

Choosing a shipping line from the Oopbuy warehouse

You pick the line when you submit a parcel, and the choice sets the price, the speed and how import tax is handled. There are three broad kinds.

  • Express lines (for example DHL or FedEx) are the fastest, usually one to two weeks in transit, and the most expensive per kilo. The carrier often collects import tax from you on delivery.
  • Tax-inclusive or economy lines cost less per kilo and take longer. Many are built for a specific region and include the import VAT in the shipping price.
  • Sea lines are the cheapest for heavy parcels and take several weeks.

Where you live changes which of these makes sense. In the EU, import VAT applies to every parcel from the first euro since July 2021, and since 1 July 2026 a temporary flat customs duty of €3 per item applies to parcels up to €150 (normal duty rates above that). Lines registered for the EU's IOSS scheme collect that VAT at checkout, so nothing is due on delivery. In the UK, VAT on parcels of £135 or less is charged at the point of sale. US rules for low-value parcels changed in 2025, so check current guidance before a large haul.

Weight is charged on the larger of the real weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height divided by the line's factor, often 5,000 or 6,000). Bulky, light items such as puffer jackets are where volumetric weight bites. Removing retail boxes and asking for vacuum packing are the usual ways to bring it down. The Oopbuy shipping time guide lists typical transit times line by line.

For one or two light items, an express line is often worth it; for a full haul, a tax-inclusive economy line usually wins on total cost.

Is Oopbuy legit?

Oopbuy launched in 2024 and is one of the larger agents still working after the August 2026 shutdowns. It publishes its fees and its 90-day storage policy, and it was reachable when we last checked. Two cautions. One independent review reported that Oopbuy's Trustpilot rating was suspended after fake reviews were removed, so treat star ratings there with care. And customs in the EU, UK and US can seize goods that infringe trademarks; whether you get money back for a seized parcel depends on the shipping line's insurance terms, not on the agent's goodwill. The longer answer, including payment options and what happens when a parcel goes missing, is on is Oopbuy legit.

Oopbuy works as an agent; the risk sits in what you buy and which line you ship it on.

Buying from Germany?

Most buyers in Germany search in English, and this page is written for them too. If you prefer German, the German Oopbuy page covers experiences, customs and VAT, and payment methods such as PayPal and Klarna.

Oopbuy spreadsheet FAQ

Is the Oopbuy spreadsheet free?

Yes. Browsing the spreadsheet costs nothing and needs no account. You only pay Oopbuy when you order: the item, Chinese domestic shipping, international shipping and a customs declaration fee of about ¥8 per parcel.

Is this site Oopbuy?

No. OopbuyFindLinks is an independent site, not run by, affiliated with or paid by Oopbuy. Separately from Oopbuy, we run our own buying service on WhatsApp for people who would rather not open an agent account.

Why did my CNFans or ACBuy spreadsheet link stop working?

Both agents shut down in August 2026. The product underneath the link is still a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listing, so you can open the same item through an agent that still works, such as Oopbuy.

How long can items stay in the Oopbuy warehouse?

Oopbuy states 90 days of free storage from the day an item arrives at the warehouse. After that, daily storage fees apply.

How long does Oopbuy take to ship?

Allow a few days for the seller to reach the warehouse, time to review QC photos, then the transit time of the line you pick. Express lines usually take one to two weeks in transit; economy and sea lines take several weeks.
