In August 2026, posts began circulating on TikTok, in Trustpilot reviews and on blogs claiming that a Mulebuy warehouse had been raided. Some buyers described items sitting in the warehouse without moving. The reports arrived in the same weeks that CNFans and ACBuy shut down, which made many buyers assume the worst.

What has not happened matters as much. We found no official statement from Mulebuy announcing a closure or a raid, and no independent confirmation from a source outside the community posts. • Submit a parcel and choose a tracked line. Tracking gives you evidence of what left the warehouse and when.
• Contact support in writing. Use the ticket system, not only Discord, so there is a record linked to your order numbers.
• Request cancellations for unshipped orders if the seller hasn't sent them yet and you no longer want to wait.
