Hoobuy's terms are competitive, but more of them come from reviewers than from Hoobuy's own published tables.
European payments: a real advantage
For buyers in Europe, payment options matter more than they look. Hoobuy is reported to accept iDEAL, which many people in the Netherlands use instead of cards; Sofort, common in Germany and Austria; SEPA bank payments across the euro area; and Blik, the dominant mobile payment method in Poland. Poland in particular is one of the biggest markets for agent spreadsheets. For buyers there and in the Netherlands, being able to pay the way they normally do removes a common barrier.
The usual caution applies. Bank transfers and some local methods offer weaker dispute options than cards or PayPal. For a first order, use a method with a dispute process if you can.

The practical benefit of Hoobuy's platform list is consolidation. Each seller ships to Hoobuy's warehouse separately, and you pay each seller's domestic shipping, but once everything is stored you can send it as one international parcel. That is cheaper than receiving a DHgate parcel, a Taobao parcel and a JD parcel separately, because international shipping per kilo falls after the first weight step.
Two things to check when you mix platforms. First, prices on some platforms depend on how you buy; Pinduoduo, for example, is known for group-buy pricing, so the price an agent pays for a single item can differ from the headline.
