What we know, and what we don't
In September 2026, AllChinaBuy's website stopped working as a shop. The homepage showed only a maintenance notice that referred to a hack, and there was no way to place orders. When we checked again on 1 October 2026, we found no public announcement giving a return date, explaining what happened or saying whether customer data was affected.
| Question | Answer as of 1 October 2026 |
|---|---|
| Can you order? | No: maintenance notice only |
| Was there a hack? | The notice says so; no details published |
| Was customer data affected? | Unknown |
| Return date announced? | None found |
It arrived weeks after CNFans and ACBuy shut down in August 2026, which led many buyers to assume AllChinaBuy had closed as well. It may come back; it may not. The responsible approach is to plan as if it won't, and be pleasantly surprised if it does.
We will update this page and the status index if AllChinaBuy publishes news. Until then, the steps below are what you can control.
AllChinaBuy is offline with no return date; plan without it.
Secure your details first
When a service says it has been hacked and publishes no details, assume your account information could be exposed. A few minutes now prevents bigger problems later:
- Change reused passwords. If your AllChinaBuy password is used anywhere else, change it there, starting with your email and payment accounts.
- Turn on two-factor authentication for email, PayPal and any agent account you use.
- Watch your card and PayPal statements for charges you don't recognise.
- Distrust messages about AllChinaBuy. Emails or messages promising refunds, account recovery or "reopening" are a classic phishing pattern after a breach. Don't click links in them; check official channels yourself.
After a hack with no details, change reused passwords and treat related messages as suspect.
Money and items left with AllChinaBuy
If you had a balance or items in the warehouse, there is little you can do while the site is down, but you can prepare. Save your order history, QC photos, payment receipts and any emails now, while you still have them. If you paid by card or PayPal for orders that were never fulfilled, those providers have dispute processes with time limits, so don't wait too long to check what applies to you. If AllChinaBuy returns, these records will also make any refund or shipping request easier.
Don't send new money to "unlock" an account or pay a "release fee", whoever asks. A legitimate agent restoring service wouldn't ask customers to pay to get their own balance back.
It also helps to write down what you had: the items in storage, their order numbers and what you paid. Screenshots can disappear if an account is closed; a simple list in your own notes won't.
Gather your records now, and never pay anyone to release a balance.
Moving your AllChinaBuy finds
AllChinaBuy spreadsheets work like any agent's: each link wraps a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 item number, and that number opens through any working agent. Paste a link into the link converter, or copy the number into another agent's search box. Then check that the listing matches and look up recent QC photos of it; the QC guide explains how. If you are moving a long sheet, the CNFans migration guide includes a Google Sheets formula for extracting item numbers in bulk.
The item numbers in your AllChinaBuy sheet are what you keep.
If AllChinaBuy comes back: how to judge it
Agents do sometimes recover from outages; Kakobuy was offline briefly in August 2026 and returned within weeks. If AllChinaBuy reappears, don't rush back in. Look for signs that it has really recovered rather than just reopened a page:
- An official explanation on its own domain of what happened and what, if anything, was affected.
- Working accounts without payment. You should be able to log in and see your history without topping up anything.
- Consistent reports from other buyers that orders are being bought, photographed and shipped again, over several weeks.
- The same domain. A "new AllChinaBuy" on a different address is more likely a clone than a comeback.
Even then, start with one small order and use a fresh, unique password. A service that has been breached once deserves a cautious return.
If it returns, wait for proof that orders ship, then start small with a new password.
Choosing a working agent
The agent index lists every agent we track with its last confirmed status. After three closures and one offline agent in a few weeks, a few habits matter more than any single choice:
- Pick agents marked as working recently, with published terms.
- Pay per order; don't hold balances.
- Ship within weeks, not months.
- Use a unique password for each agent, so one breach can't spread.
For this site's main agent, Oopbuy publishes a 0% purchasing fee on the main platforms and 90 days of storage, and the is Oopbuy legit page covers its risks.
Unique passwords and small balances protect you at every agent, not just this one.
FAQ
Is AllChinaBuy down?
Yes. In September 2026 its homepage showed only a maintenance notice after a hack, and we found no announced return date. We list it as offline until that changes.
Was AllChinaBuy hacked?
Its own maintenance notice referred to a hack. We have not found details of what was affected, so act as if your account details could be exposed: change reused passwords and enable two-factor authentication elsewhere.
Is AllChinaBuy the same as ACBuy?
Some sites group them together, but they were listed as separate agents in our data. Both are currently unusable: ACBuy shut down in August 2026 and AllChinaBuy has been offline since September 2026.
What about money or items I had at AllChinaBuy?
Keep your order history and payment receipts, and watch for official communication. If you paid by card or PayPal for orders that were never fulfilled, your provider's dispute process may apply, within its time limits.
Do AllChinaBuy spreadsheets still work?
The links don't while the site is down, but each contains a marketplace item number you can open through a working agent.
